What Lies Beneath?

Updated: Apr 21

This deck had to be removed so the excavator could connect the house to public sewer.

It came as quite a surprise to the homeowner when we discovered what lay beneath the plastic decking - a structure rotten from prolonged moisture.

Dealing with the unexpected

Our team will rebuild this deck including permits and full structural engineered plans. In addition, we will insure that the proper spacing between deck boards is maintained, so the deck can dry out. There will also be tree removal, to facilitate sunlight and drier conditions for the long life of the next deck. Doing the job right is job #1!
